Shipping
We ship in most parts of the U.S., shipping costs will show at the check-out.

 

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on orders above $50 (in the U.S.).

 

Taxes

All applicable sales taxes and any other applicable taxes will be applied to your purchase prior to payment. Kingsland is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any subsequently incurred taxes, including but not limited to Duties or Use Taxes.

 

Returns

If you would like to return any of the items that you have received, we offer 30 -days return policy, valid from the day you receive your order. Please contact customer service if you would like to return your order. Please use our return form when sending back the items.

All items returned must be in the same condition as when received, and must have all tags, including original packaging materials and order slip and reference number.

When we receive your items and the return conditions are met, the return will be processed within 10 working days. You will receive an email from us and the funds will be refunded to you, in the same way, as payment was made.

All returns, including shipping costs and arrangements  are the customer's responsibility.

All items must be returned to our shop address. Unfortunately, we cannot accept packages sent without delivery or to parcel shops.

 

You can also return directly in the store, remember your order slip.  

Return label

You have to book, get a label, and hand in the return package to your local UPS Shop. You can find the nearest shop on UPS website.
